Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please check our sizing charts on each product page carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective: contact us within 14 days of delivery at seriouslycasualco@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived, let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
